Sunroof screen, idle , instrument panel 200 1986

New owner of 86 240 wants to know how to slide the sunroof screen to the rear, no handle and it doesn't want to slide. It moves forward and rearward with the sunroof glass via the crank Ok but will not move independently.
Also, how do you remove instrument panel and quartz clock.
How do you set idle, mine idles at 2000 and creeps if I don't have foot on brake.
