New to me 240: maintenance 200

I picked up a 91 240 with relatively low miles and nice cosmetic condition for the age and region (midwest). It seems to need the usual front suspension parts that I replaced several years ago when I got my 940, and it has a few other things that need TLC, too.

Questions for the board members:

Is there a significant difference in quality between lemfoerder and Meyle suspension parts? I see that FCP has kits for both. I read posts from some years ago that seemed decidedly negative about Meyle, but lemfoerder is considerably cheaper, so my consumer programming is causing me to hesitate...

If a control arm is badly rusted, should you simply replace it when you're doing the bushings? If so, do you have any warnings about brands to avoid? Same question for rear trailing arms

What brands of strut mounts have folks had good success with? The OEM ones seem particular expensive...is it not advised to skimp on this part?

Is the fasten seatbelt light on the dash on the 240 supposed to stay on always? I'm guessing not.

Does anyone have a spare blue e-brake console sitting around that they'd like to sell me? :)

Thanks
