late 140 / early 240 dash interchange 140-160

hey guys.. thinking i know something about 140s (mostly pre 71) i bought a 73 142 project car.


it had a early 240 dash put it to replace the original. i still have the 140 vents which looks like is the big difference.

question is, can i re-install the 140 round vents and clock onto the early 240 dash?
