I have a 1990 240 sedan and have owned several. I am stumped on this one. The car will occasionally and rarely die, seemingly when going up a slight incline. The engine will crank but it will not start after. If I wait about a minute it will start. I replaced fuel relay a few months back and thought that had solved it. Today was a warm day. It seems to happen shortly after I start the car. But it hasn't happened for 6 months until today. I'm wonder about a leak somewhere such that the fuel system when it cools down sucks in a slug of air? Appreciate any thoughts.
