Power fror rear wiper relay 200 1989

Where does the power come for the rear wiper relay? I have a good fuse #1.

Rewired the tailgate but get no power to the 4-pin multi in the headline when car is on and the switch on the stalk is turned to either position. I replaced the relay with a relay know good. No relay cycle when the switch is turned to either position.

What next?
