Lights on center console, rocker switches lights, auto shifter not working, 1991 240 wagon 200

1991 240 wagon, lights on the center console not working, rocker switches work, a/c, flasher, etc but don't light up, light over the temp controls doesn't light, or the lights on the temp panel, also the shifter light doesn't work. The main instrument panel lights work fine. Checked the fuses and changed bulbs, Where do I go from here?
