So, I have to get a new radiator. And it's kind of an emergency. So, I'm going to get a NAPA brand. I know, I know, there's a lot of debate on Nissens and all the other plastic/alum brands out there, but honestly I'm going with this and hoping it lasts. If it doesn't, at least I can take it back. Anyways, my question is more about antifreeze.
I'm currently using Zerex G05, and have no complaints (i think) but getting it, is becoming a hassle. Amazon seems to be the only place that carries it. But. and here comes the but. I see NAPA now carries Pentosin, and specifically Pentofrost NF. Which seems to be recommended for the Volvski. All Volvski's for that matter. Based on local availability, should I make the switch? Anyone have experiences with it? Do I need a complete flush, then add till it's full? Or can I add it to the leftover of G05 still in the system? Thanks in advance. Bork.III
