Speedo / Odo Died - ABS Light On - Help Please . . . . 900

Hello . 1994 Volvo 940 non turbo automatic 3512?? miles . Today while driving both speedometer & odometer died . Also ABS light came on/stays on . Lost cruise control(probably because speedo died) . Brakes are fine so I don't understand why ABS light is on . Related to speedo/odo failure ?? So where/how do I begin to resolve this matter ? Bad rear differential sensor ? Bad speedo/odo unit ? Bad cluster ? Help please . Thanks .
