I have been spending the last couple of days trying to get the '89 wagon back on the road after sitting for a couple of years.

I just put some decent wheel and tires on it and when I was changing the left front I found it would not rotate. Right front is just fine.

So, if the brake pad is stuck on the rotor, how's a good way to free it up without tearing up anything?
