freeze plug, back of head B20F

The latest disaster is that the plug on the back of the head popped out. I installed it, not the shop, so no one to blame but me.

Does anyone have any smart tricks for replacing this without pulling the head? I can't find a Dorman copper bolt in plug in 42 mm.
