radiator and heater hoses 200

Maybe just being lazy at the moment but I'm thinking about not doing work if it's not really necessary.

My car is a 92 with 103K+ miles on the clock. I'm going to drain and fill the coolant and was thinking about replacing the radiator hoses and the hose to and from the heat core and reservoir.

How long can these hoses last, should they be replaced?

I was going to change the radiator and reservoir hoses because it is relatively easy then I looked at the heat core hoses, and, not so easy.

Do the heater core hoses last a long time?

looking for recommendations.
