Possible a silly question, but I have an 83 245T with manual trans in perfect condition that I am going to sell. It has been in storage and hasn't been started in almost ten years. I have to drain the tank (of course) and the siphon won't get down to the tank.

What is the best way to drain it? Also, and info about additives after I add some fresh gas would be appreciated.
