I recently thought the bearing in my power steering pump were going bad. I got another pump and hoses (pick-n-pull) and began the job of replacing the "faulty" pump only to find out the noisy bearing sound is/was coming from the AC Compressor. It is a 1990 245 and the AC has not worked since I bought the car. Would it be a good idea to try and get a can of AC oil and have it put into the line to help with the noise? Thanks in advance for ANY advice.
