Happy Thanksgiving, everyone,

Having an issue with my '93 244 . If I could pick your brain...

Here's what's happening:

If I'm inching up to a stop sign (or into a parking space, etc.) and push
the accelerator just slightly, and then release quickly, RPMs drop and the
engine wants to cut out, and sometimes does stall completely. But it starts
right up afterwards without issue. And runs like a top.

I have replaced the crank position sensor, but this did not really help.

Any ideas?
