960 rough idle 900 1992

92 960 rough idle. 3.0 ltr.
start engine when cold and all runs perfect. upon warm up the #1 cylinder stops firing on idle, engine runs rough. What i have tried to remedy:
replaced #1 injector, coil, intake manifold boot, spark plugs (all), throttle position sensor, air/idle valve (expensive), total clean of throttle body, clean pcv system. Still stops firing on #1 cylinder when warm.
Also, when i put it in gear the idle jumps up and stays up until it is in park again.
