Noisy wiper motor 200 1989

This 240 has spent most of the last 13 years stored in the garage and has 89K miles with occasional exercise in good weather.

I am running through a list of things that needed attention.

The wiper motor is about as noisy as you can imagine. Has anyone else experienced this and what do you suggest I do to address this?
