Thanks to all for earlier post regarding diagnosis. After using a pressure tester I ended up forcing perhaps two cups of coolant onto the right side passenger floor (and the odor informed me of this event). Anyway, we have an ice storm coming here and I am wondering if there is a quick way to keep the car in service (without heat) by just bypassing or shutting off something. Thanks.
I have not pulled anything apart yet but will try tonight. It would be great if I could keep using the car while I await warmer weather. Also, what is the likely fix?
