stalling/sputtering when cold...then settles out when hot 200 1993

1993 245 250k

Need help diagnosing: It started about 2 months ago...not bad...now has gotten worse. After starting the car, it stalls/sputters at red lights & stop signs; there may be a bit of sputtering at high speeds, but not as noticeable. After driving the car for 5 miles or so, it stops stalling/sputtering.

What should I look at first? Thanks,
