245 transmission swap 200

Hi
I have a high mileage 1992 245 AT, ABS, etc. I also know a guy who does some work reasonably priced when he really needs money. I am thinking about buying and having installed a M-47 5 speed, which will make the car much more enjoyable. Any thoughts as to details, hours needed, typical material costs, etc? I know in general terms everything needed. I also note that 5 speed cars seem to be creeping up in price. Thanks!
