Speedo 200 1989

Odometer has been broken on my 245 for about a decade, I bought a replacement ODO gear but did not try to install in until my instrument lights finally gave it up. I replaced the gear as per the IPD video but now my Speedo is stuck at 50MPH AND odometer still does not work. Any advice?
