Rephrasing my timing belt install question! 700

Apologies but I must re-ask my question: I installed my first timing belt. If the marks on the belt line with the camshaft sprocket AND the intermediate sprocket is also aligned properly by line on the belt, and cam is aligned, then IF my crankshaft mark was off a few degrees...DO you think I would have any or feel any symptoms? Sorry to ask again, that was my initial question. Thank you everyone!!!
