Installing 240 Rear Seat Belt Cover Boxes 200

Yet another bone yard item I got are a set of rear deck seat belt cover boxes. Mine are literally crumbling apart. I saw that there are reproductions on EBay for over $60+ shipping so getting these in good shape (and Larry painting them to match) on the cheap has encouraged me to replace the current ugly ones.

Can someone tell me the best way to replace these? What do I have to remove? The car from which mine came was seriously disassembled already so I haven't any real clue.
