Snowflake switch Question 200

Hello all, want to add a snowflake switch to my 87 244. Tired of turning that little knob. Anyway, I actually thought about doing this years ago. And took a look at the switch (thermostat) and made a drawing of the switch and the wiring colors. I looked at Art's Snowflake post on Cleanflametrap.com and now I'm confused. My thermostat had 1 green, and a Double green going to the thermostat itself. The Microswitch had a Yellow/Blue and a Red going to it. So, if I am eliminating the microswitch and using the snowflake, I had written down from years ago to move the Solid Red and the Yellow/Blue over to the Snowflake. However, Art's shows moving a White/Red and the Yellow/Blue. And I am left with a White/Red wire of which I have no Idea what it is to connect to. The A/c hasn't worked in 7 years, so I have no idea where these wires go now. Looked all over the internet hoping someone had posted an actual photo of the Thermostat/microswitch rather than just the wiring diagram. Anyone know about any of this?
