Stuck alternator voltage reg screw, steel in aluminum

1990 240 but pertains to any steel screw threaded into aluminum....
Oh boy, I know better than to force this screw. The one side of the voltage reg. screw loosened easy, the other one is stuck. I have it soaking in kroil overnight but, I haven't had that great of luck with kroil. Especially one like this that is practically welded in the aluminum case. I may try heat but no hotter than it would get in the engine compartment. Any tips are appreciated.
