New a/c compressor, but no service ports :( 200

Helllo all, got my new Sanden 7 cylinder a/c compressor installed. It looks awesome. One problem though.... no service ports on the back. It had been converted to 134 years ago before the compressor gave out, and has a T fitting port down stream of the dryer (1987 240 with expansion valve) anyway, after doing my homework on a/c systems, that spot after the dryer would be HIGH Pressure Liquid, so don't see how 134 was added there. Thought I would have the local hose place put me some in-line low and high ports in the hoses for me. I thought I would have the high pressure put in the hose coming from the compressor, right behind the grill before it goes into the top of the condenser. Thought about putting the low pressure port in the hose coming from the evaporator between the firewall and the bracket that holds the hose above the cam cover. What do ya'll think? Where is everyone putting theirs? Really need some help soon as I'm melting down here in Dallas, Texas where the humidity is always relative lol. Thanks
