Anyone know how to remove front seat belts? 900

Parting out a 940 wagon. (Let me know if you need any wagon-specific parts). A guy thought he might need the seat belts so I was trying to take them off. The lower spool doesn't seem to have any bolts holding it. Any one ever do this?
