de-pressurize fuel line 200 1993

I want to de-pressurize a fuel line in order to replace the external fuel pump and filter. One approach would be to run the engine with the fuse for the pump removed. Fuse 4 on the panel is for a fuel pump but I gather this is for the internal pump. Is there a fuse for the external pump ? Or another method ?
