1993 240 -- slow or no turn signals, hazards work 200

Any idea what would cause the turn signals on my 1993 240 to gradually blink more slowly and/or not blink at all? Hazard lights appear to work normally so my understanding is it's not the flasher relay.

When I get home, I'm going to start by checking the fuses and go from there.

Any possibility the turn signal stalk could be involved?
