1993 940 T screeching when AC is turned on

My 1993 940 T is screeching when the AC is on. It sounds dead on belt squeal but, the belts seem tight enough. It does not do it unless the AC is on. And then, it is not constant, but intermittent. I did some searching and found that some of the 740/940 had a slipping crank pulley issue with the outer pulley part slipping on the rubber sandwiched between inner and outer. I marked the inner and outer, expecting to see that they have move but, the marks were in the same exact place. in other words, the pulley did not slip on the inner. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
