Experience with $15 timing belt cover? 200 1988

There is a big spread in price from Genuine Volvo and Aftermarket upper timing belt covers... $70 to $15.

With a timing belt change every 50k I could buy 5 cheap covers. That would put my Volvo at 420k miles. I do not think I will live that long.

Has anyone tried the Aftermarket part and found it to be cheap brittle plastic?
If you had a good one do you remember the brand?
