Urgent question 200 1993

Just had both alternator belts brake, turned around and headed back to house. Temp indicator in red zone, turned on heater to keep barely below top. Heard explosion, saw smoke, pulled over within 1 minute. Radiator tank no longer there!
After pulling over, tried to see if engine would crank and I get nothing, does this mean my engine is seized????

Sitting here waiting for tow truck......
