For those of you that suggested the Rotella (dino oil) thanks much. I am now preparing to change out the "rear cam plug". I have a new Volvo plug and a new Volvo valve cover gasket. I called the local dealer this morning and they wanted an hours labor (about $134.00 after taxes) then I called another dealer about 60 miles away and the wanted 3 hours labor ( almost $400.00 after taxes) for the same job.

Is it really that difficult? I know mine is leaking and needs to be replaced. It is the original plug and has about 340,000 miles on it.

Please help and provide whatever insight/tips you might have.
