Water distribution tube core plug (aka freeze plug) size) 444-544 1963

I want to check my Water distribution tube while I have the front clip off (my temp does rise rapidly to the high end of the temp gauge w/o a/c, now I'm adding a/c and want to start as clean as I can).

What size and where to buy the core plug (aka freeze plug).

Maybe it's a common size available at NAPA or maybe it's special.

Any suggestions ?
