Best 1992 240 outer tie rod ends? Are they all made in China?

Used to be , you could still get tie rod ends (or any volvo aftermarket parts) and they were made in Europe. Now, (as we all know) even German aftermarket parts are made in China. At this time, what is a good brand that isn't made in China, if there are any left? Thanks!
