Do you use torque sticks on your lug nuts?

My 240's lug nut torque is 86 ft-lbs, but the closest torque stick I could find is 80 ft-lbs. Does that 6 ft-lbs of difference matter, or are there 86 ft-lb torque sticks that I haven't found?
