Detroit front wheel hubs?? Anyone tried them?? 900

I am replacing the front hubs,My 93 has 275000,,,The old s ones fell apart when i took them out .I bought these $37 hubs,,,cause Im short on cash & stingy,,there are no instructions,Im wondering if they are pregreased?I put the right front on,greased the spindle & drove a mile & I heard squeling??
I dont see any thing in the FAQ on them,,Thanks
