Cranking but no start after alternator change and gas filter change 200

Mechanics changed gas filter and alternator + all belts yesterday and went for a short ride - all fine.
This morning car cranks, but no start.
Car started fine before going to shop.
The only other item changed was a flange gasket.
Any clues as to what may be going on?
