I have a 1993 Volvo 940 Turbo Wagon.
It is difficult to start whether cold or warm. Takes several tries.
I have unplugged the AMM as it seems to be faulty. If I plug it back in, unable to start.
After start when cold, it will idle at initially idle just below 1,000 then eventually revs to about 1,100 until about ½ warm and then dies.
If start when warm (½ warm), it will idle increasing to about 1,100 revs for about 10 seconds and then dies.
If I press on the gas pedal, whether cold or warm, it dies. So, I am unable to drive.
Fuel pump relay is about a year old. The crank position sensor was replaced a few years ago.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
