940 tie rod ends 900 1994

The tie rod ends on my 940 seem to be out of alignment (turned by about the same amount clockwise). The parts are a few months since installed, the car had full alignment at that time (maybe 2K miles driven since then). Wonder what's causing it, and how to get it fixed without messing up the alignment (the car seems to track straight).
