Activate A/C fan 200

91 volvo 240 143,000 miles automatic transmission
Is there an easy way to activate the A/C fan in front of the condenser and radiator? Emphasis on the "easy". I ask because I am temporarily driving without the normal radiator fan installed (don't ask) and do not want to risk overheating while driving slow. It is ok at freeway speeds, but at low speed the heat starts to go up. The A/C system has a leak and therefore does not work now. Even the small fan turning would help keep the engine cool.
