Door Lock Keys are Getting Difficult 200 1981

After having keys remade numerous times they don't work so well. I bought the car in 1986 and the originals were lost but I always made spares. So I have to find a sweet spot (depth) when I insert the keys in any lock. Once in the right depth the locks work smoothly. I'm sure all the locks are original. What are my options?
