Door insert removal 900

I have a 92 960 and it has wood grain door inserts. I would like to remove the inserts to repair and re-wrap them with a similar vinyl, but I cant find any information on removing just the insert and not the whole door panel. Is it possible to remove them with prying tools and patience?
