Accessory bushings orientation 200 1989

This is one of those questions I have been searching for the answer to for multiple days and just keep coming up empty.

I'm working on a friend's 1989 240 wagon and it looks like the previous owner installed all of the accessory bushings from the outside in. I know that there are some that are supposed to have the larger lip on the inside of the bracket and face out. I can't find a clear list or diagram of which bushings face which direction.

I thought the two top alternator bushings were both supposed to face outward, but wouldn't that squeeze them together inward when you tighten the nut down? I also thought there was one that faced out on the lower power steering pump bracket. I know there are different ps pumps, I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but this one has the reservoir mounted separately on the inner drivers side fender. The alternator is low on the passenger side near the oil filter.

Thanks for any help. I'm hoping this can help others searching for this in the future too, since I was not able to find it clearly mentioned anywhere.
