Hello all, have a 1987 240 with LH 2.2. Noticed a few months ago when I would start the car it failed to go to 1200 and then idle down. On start up it would go straight to 750. I was told years ago LH 2.2 should got to 1200 or so and idle down. I can’t find this in any publications I have.

Now the car will start, go to 750 approx, and when I try to move or throttle it up it will increase in rpm but has no power to move the vehicle. Also, very strange, lots of intake type noise from the air box when I throttle it up.
Also, seem to have very little brake boost. Looked for vacuum leaks, tears in the intake hose, checked for proper pump (both) operation, checked for correct fuel pressure, changed out the AMM, and the ECM, both with ones I had in storage. I can start it and move it around the driveway, but not enough power to get up the hill to get out. I’m at a loss. Any suggestions or ideas. Thanks
