940 engine vibrations shaking windows doors at idle and 2600-3200 rpm (1993)(185k)

Hi folks,

Hopefully interesting to some of y’all.
Got
940 engine vibrations shaking windows doors at idle and 2600-3200 rpm (1993)(185k)

New engine and tran mounts

Seems less in neutral vs in drive. But yes. Shakes at idle. And vibrates car in park at 2600-3200
Or while in gear driving.

At 70 mph I have (AT) put it in neutral. And revved engine to 3200 rpm. And vibration of windows continues. And goes away if I let engine idle at 70 mph. But it’s probably still shaking.

I have done vacuum reading. Fast fluctuations at 21-19 at idle. Allegedly points to bad valve guides.

I have replaced head gasket 15 miles ago. Was leaking coolant. And oil. But no mixing. Vacuum didn’t change. Vibration did not change.
For me it was a huge job. So I didn’t get machined and only cleaned up for new seals.

I was scared I had a paper weight if I didn’t get it back together that day.

There’s a newish distributor cap rotor.

I don’t want to believe the vacuum reading that it is the valve guide or guides loose.

So I am asking here if there’s anything else I can check, maybe pull a fuel injector? Or open up the intake manifold and clean, of course I didn’t look when the head was off if there was carbon buildup

Hopefully I can get pictures up with this post and a video of the vacuum reading
