Cruise Control Issue - ‘93 945T 900 1993

Hey guys, so having an issue with cruise control on my 940 Wagon. In the spring I had a vacuum leak that I found to be a hole in one of the lines and the brake vacuum switch seal. I’ve fixed both of those issue and cruise was working perfectly like it should. Recently, cruise will no longer set. If I’m driving down the highway, and hit set, nothing happens. HOWEVER, if I press and hold set, it will accelerate hard just like normal. I’ve checked the B2 connection on the obd block, and I don’t have any codes. I’ve run the individual component test and all components, including the set button, return the codes as they should. I’ve checked vacuum again with the mighty vac off the T- connection at the bottom of the pump and I can see it vacuum the servo in and hold the vacuum perfectly. My brake lights are working and the bulb failure light does not come on. Not really sure what else to even check? Could it be the cables needing to be adjusted on the throttle block? Thanks for any help!
