I am trying to determine how to remove the cowl fresh air grille to access the cavity and clear out any debris. Is it just held in by clips or are there nuts underneath that hold it in place? If there are nuts underneath, where is the access? There is a possibility that the previous owner may have replaced the grille with an earlier cast variety, in place of the later chromed metal type and used an excessive amount of adhesive to hold it in place
