can exhaust leak cause vibrations that shake windows doors dashboard ? 2400 to 3200 rpm ?

i sprayed soapy water. found leak at the exhaust to exhaust manifold. connection.

also at the swoop down. and then at the CAT seams.

i put shop vac on blower tube. foamed up on those spots.

this is massive vibration, of car windows and dashboard.

remains constant at the speed i need 72mph on parkway

but can be reproduced in park, revving engine.
