B18 flywheel questions 120-130

Howdy Brickers.

I have my engine apart to change the clutch, and the machine shop I took the flywheel to says the only specs they have for machining the flywheel specify a flat surface. Which is strange because the flywheel I pulled out has a step. Mine also does not have the dowels that the manual talks about.

Any idea what's doing on?

The engine is out of a '66 122s.
