speedometer accuracy 120-130 '64

Sorry I posted this in aftermarket-duh...

'64 122 wagon- M41 tranny with 4.30 final drive(yes, I had it changed).

Now I want my speedo closer to accurate than 20mph over(in the upper ranges). I took the drive gear out a few weeks ago to count teeth and hopefully swap with a different J-type. Alas, they were both 20 teeth.

So, I need 22 teeth, maybe 24. Whadda I do? Anybody have some successful experience with this? Should I be looking more to the speedometer itself-repair/restoration?. Mr. Downs...?

Thanks,
